Electronic transformer 50-150VA
- Order number: SW10763
Transformer electronic 50-150VA
Electronic transformer in very small design. Recommended as a replacement transformer for the 3-way pendant luminaires PULL-IT or GRACE from Oligo instead of the touch dimmer transformer, which is no longer available. Dimmable with leading and trailing edge phase dimmers.
Not suitable for LED lamps.
This transformer is also often used together with our Casambi radio module (order no. SW10414), which is simply placed in the canopy of the light. In this combination, the transformer can be switched and dimmed from any mobile phone or tablet. The Casambi module can even be controlled using the existing light switch (without built-in dimmer):
Dimming function using a conventional wall switch:
1. if you switch the light switch ON, the brightness goes to 100%.
2. if you briefly switch OFF-ON, the brightness slowly runs from minimum to maximum.
3. if you quickly switch OFF-ON again during this dimming process, the brightness remains at this level. This brightness level is then saved.
4. if you switch OFF and then ON again after a while, the luminaire lights up at this saved brightness level.
5. to select and save a different brightness, briefly switch OFF-ON again and the brightness will slowly increase again from the minimum until you briefly switch OFF-ON at a different brightness.
6. to select and save the brightness of 100%, simply let the brightness run up to 100% without briefly switching OFF-ON.

A few information about the technical data
- What is a constant voltage converter
This type of converter keeps its output voltage constant at a value of, for example, 12V or 24V and, depending on the load connected, varies the output current up to its maximum technical value.
- How is the wiring of the LEDs to be connected to a constant-voltage converter
The LEDs to be connected are wired in parallel.
- Dimming
Dimmable contant voltage converters can be dimmed with trailing or leading edge dimmers. When selecting the dimmer, pay attention to the required minimum load of the dimmer.
- Minimum load of the converter
Some constant voltage converters require a minimum load. That the sum of the individual wattages of the LEDs to be connected must reach or exceed this value. Otherwise, a safe dimming operation is not guaranteed and there may be a flicker.
